Rocky Carroll revealed this new assignment with following statement, “I’ll be keeping my normal routine on the ‘mother ship,’ and I’ll be doing at least six of the first 13 episodes of NCIS: Los Angeles.” Also on his TV Guide celebrity blog, NCIS actor revealed that he had a “feeling that Director Vance will occasionally appear on the spin-off just to keep an eye on things.” When it comes to acting talent, Rocky Carroll is a real rock-star. With dual acting responsibility in both NCIS and its spin-off NCIS: Los Angels he is going to make audiences dance to tunes of his amazing acting potential.

Most notable among them are, Special Agent G. Callen, played by Chris O’Donnell, and Special Agent Sam Hanna, played by LL Cool J. The next episode ‘Legend (Part 2)’, which was aired on May 5, 2009, also threw some light on the story and theme of the spin off.

The spin-off would be completely different from its predecessor, as per the statement of Shane Brennan, the executive producer of the show. The new series would be centering on undercover and surveillance work. And, you please don’t think that NCIS spin off is gonna be like its ancestor, as it has been denied by Brennan saying, “There are no forensics or autopsies in it.  There is no [lab tech] Abby character in it.  It’s not going to trample on our traditional ‘NCIS’ show”. So, things are gonna be pretty exciting and quite unlike anything seen on NCIS before.

Can you guess who the hellcat is? She was introduced in the very beginning of the season six. That cunning and fierce tempered vixen, who couldn’t win the trust of Gibbs and McGee! Rightly guessed, I am talking about Michelle Lee. In fact McGee and Gibbs snooped over everybody new in the team, but Lee always remained the prime suspect to be mole for both viewers and Gibbs. Now the latest buzz is that she’ll be back to the squad in further episodes. So at last, she successfully won the trust of director Vance and Gibbs. But who knows, may be producer Shane Brennan has planned some different twist for her re-entry to the show.

I liked her character because of suspense associated with it. Before this, another such female character was Ziva, which has seen total changeover in this new season. Let’s see, if Lee follows the same way or she’ll be proved innocent. This is truly an appreciative fact about Lee that she made a mark with just one episode, contrary to Ziva’s long inning. Nonetheless, actress Liza Lapira’s appearance made it credible. She looks like a loyal sweetie, which covers up her shrewdness. This sparks off the confusion about what she’s up to.

Viewers, too, come to know about her other side in the end of the episode. When she leaves the squad room, she receives a text message asking her whether anybody is suspecting and she replies ‘No’. This indicates that she is probably aware of McGee spying over her.

Anyways, it will be very interesting watching her back to the team. Her secret will be unveiled now. May be, now, she will turn into a cool cat from hellcat!!!!

NCIS stands for Naval Criminal Investigative Service, where Major case Response Team (MCRT) special agents dealing with terrorism, espionage, murders, kidnappings and bombings. The show is weaved around these Marine Corps, their way of working and about adventure in their professional as well as personal lives. They handle those crimes specifically, which are punishable under the code of military justice, within the department of the Navy.

Special Agent in-charge Leroy Gibbs is leading the team consisting of Senior Field Agent Anthony DiNozzo and Special Agent Timothy McGee. Besides these, here is a Mossad Liason officer Ziva David and an interesting medical examiner Dr. Donald “Ducky” Mallard, along with forensic specialist Abby Sciuto. Director Leon Vance is the head of NCIS.

Along with the professional lives of the agents, Show also concentrates upon the personal lives of these officers, which normally spark laughter in the episodes. Most of the characters are very well written and well portrayed by actors, good enough to build a bond with the viewers. Characters like Gibbs, Dr. Ducky and Anthony are the memorable characters of this show. The show has seen full five seasons and the sixth season has yet seen five episodes. It has been five years now since the show is ruling the small screen.
